Learn something from everybody

My feeling about observation is we can learn something from everybody that we come in contact with. And if you develop a mindset that you can always be taught, that you can always learn something, it doesn’t matter if the person is cleaning my office at the end of the day. If I get into a conversation with that person, I have tried to train my mind and my heart [to ask], What, maybe, could I learn from this person? And if we have willing spirits that are always humble enough to admit that we can learn something from every one of Heavenly Father’s children and not be so prideful to think that we have all the answers, this great capability of learning through observation can be a lifelong journey.
