Fooled by smiling faces

When you serve in leadership in the church, remember [to] not be fooled by the smiling faces you see when you get to the meeting house on Sunday morning. Because behind those smiling faces, there could be great storms brewing. You never know when you will be somebody who will either bring a little balm to soothe that person. Or you could say something and be like those so-called friends of Job and put your finger in the wound even more.
